We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories included. A proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt must also be provided.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions explaining how and where to send the item.


Return Shipping

At Oryvia, the return shipping cost is fully covered by us. Customers are not required to pay any return shipping fees when returning an eligible item.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may not be accepted if the product shows clear signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or if the original packaging and accessories are missing. Each return is inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets our return requirements.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or bank.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to follow the normal return procedure once delivered.

Oryvia currently ships only within the United Kingdom. All orders include free shipping. Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days, processed within 2 to 4 business days, and the estimated total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
